Returns & Refunds

We have a 6 month return policy including a 6 month warranty/repair period. 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it with the original tags.

Returns can either be dropped off in Cape Town/Johannesburg (Modique), or couriered to the Cape Town Store.

Once your return is received and approved for refund, you will be refunded within seven business days.

Repair of items usually takes 10-14 days.

Unfortunately we do not offer returns/ exchanges on international orders.

PLEASE NOTE : All items that are FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
